This canvas has a lot of history on it, which I love. Someone had disgarded it at the studio I paint at and I grabbed it. Old canvases are the best because they already have layers and depth. At first I wasn't sure what to do with it, as it is not typical size, but I quickly noticed this beautiful texture in the left corner popping through (I think you can see it if you zoom in) and knew that it wanted bloom! So happy to help it become it's best self!
